How does it work?

Initial Discussion / Discovery Call

We discuss your financial  status, including the loan amount you likely qualify for,  we will address any hurdles we may encounter in advance of borrowing process so your application will be successful when the time comes. Advisor will assist you navigate through steps clarifying by setting up  objective plans and goals  that you can move forward confidently.

Pre-Approval

 We review your mortgage application and check your credit report. Will request to examine your supporting documents and then confirm the best lenders for your situation. Our goal is to have potential lenders in mind and standing by when you are ready to purchased your dream home including any rate lock if desired before making any final decisions or purchasing  commitments. At this stage we will confirm the information revealed in the Discovery Call.

Approval

We submit your completed mortgage application with support documents, as well as your target property details to the lender that is suitable for your situation and mediate between lenders to meet the conditions of financing. Upon a lender's final approval, the mortgage contract is finalized with your lawyer and funds are transferred.
